Completed over $200 million in capital improvements, operated without tax support having a $8 million dollar operating budget, initiated a U.S. Custom Facility, Foreign Trade Zone and industrial park. Established a Public Building Corporation for capital financing. Successful in developing airline service. Board Member Missouri Planning Organization (MPO). An Accredited Airport Executive by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). AAAE represents 5000 airport professionals World wide. 1998 received AAAE Distinguished Service Award one of only 50 airport executives to ever receive this designation.
