We need people in our government that we can trust to do what is right for us, not propped up Ken and Barbie dolls that will not fight for children and teachers but will continue the agenda. I\'ve seen it time and time again here in Brevard. I served honorably in the U.S. Air Force here at Patrick AFB, AFTAC. Left Air Force to become teacher. Always had high-student achievement because I teamed up with families. I will do the same as a school board member. Keeping a close relationship with the citizens of Brevard. We need people that are not bought and paid for by big-money special interest groups. It amazes me how much these groups will spend to make sure that the wrong person is elected so that the corruption continues in our schools. Two years ago I was asked at a Florida Today forum what was the main issue with our schools. I said there are many and I stated there were three that I\'d like to address. That was the misspending of millions in No-Bid contracts, the hiring of convicted criminals, and the pedophilia. In the past year we have witnessed the admission that the $8 million dollar NO-Bid contracts was a mistake. We have seen two Brevard teachers arrested by the FBI for drug dealing even though they already had convictions, and we saw a Brevard principal arrested for child porn even though he had a reprimand in his file for related misbehavior. Two years before the misspending of $8 million the schools were guilty of giving over $3.3 million in No-Bid contracts to friends and family. In all these cases no one was charged for wrong-doing. This has got to stop! I have been against Common Core and the millions of dollars misspent in NO-BID contract and other bad financial decisions. I want to keep education locally controlled and I want to end the high-stakes testing that does little to improve education but only makes special interest groups rich. I want accountability and I hope you do too! Keep our schools Clean and vote for Dean!
