RANDY FOSTER BIO Randy Foster, a resident of Palm Bay, Florida, is a candidate for Brevard County Commissioner - District 3. Randy Foster he serves on the City of Palm Bay Recreation Advisory Boards. He graduated Texarkana College, Texarkana, Texas with a certificate in Criminal Justice. Retired Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Randy also worked at The Brevard Juvenile Detention Center as a Detention Officer; Randy also hold his Florida Life and Health Insurance License. Randy also is Former CEO of Non Profit - Preston Street Community Center Inc. in Texarkana, AR. and worked in the Private Sector as an Manager with Marriott Corporation. Randy Foster is also retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve. As a Air National Guardsman, he was deployed to Bahrain in the Persian Gulf following 9/11; to fight the war on terror and support the war in Afghanistan .
