Candidate: Lisa Fasnacht

Lisa Fasnacht is a long-time Fort Pierce resident who has always sought to better herself and the community in a variety of ways. Living in Fort Pierce for over 30 years, Lisa has married and raised a family in the area, started and run a business and has served on various boards, such as the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAT) and Fort Pierce Authentic Tours (FPAT). Lisa studied accounting at Indian River State College and has long attended local governmental meetings in an effort to keep abreast of local happenings and to learn and share her ideas on ways to improve the quality of life in St. Lucie County. Lisa is passionate about empowering others, and believes that by supporting and strengthening local business the community as a whole will thrive. Lisa also believes that partnerships and opportunities local businesses can provide local youth will help young people become strong assets to themselves and the community. Lisa has come to each challenge in her life with passion, strength of character, and a concern for the greater good. With an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to listen, and Lisa hopes to impact the community in positive ways through hard work, cooperation, and a passion to make St. Lucie County one of the strongest counties in the state.
