Candidate's Statement

St. Lucie County has been my home for over 50 years. I received an Associate of Science degree from Indian River State College and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Public Administration. I have over 30 years of experience working in the clerk’s office, and served in a management position for 25 of those years. These included Supervisor of the Traffic and Misdemeanor departments, Manager of Auxiliary Services, Manager of Central Cashiering and Central Intake, and Chief Deputy. Throughout the years I have been actively involved in the community. I am a member of Westside Baptist Church, Fort Pierce Garden Club, St. Lucie County Historical Society, Treasure Coast Bromeliad Society, St. Lucie County Democrat Club and the Italian-American Club. My knowledge, experience and leadership have prepared me for the role of Clerk of the Circuit Court. It is a very important position that affects every citizen in St. Lucie County. I will be fiscally responsible and protect taxpayer dollars.
