Candidate: Rob Tessmer

Rob Tessmer is a fifth-generation Citrus County resident. A graduate of Citrus High School like many of his family members before him, he continued his education in Orlando earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida before returning home to Citrus County. He has worked at Coldwell Banker Investors Realty for 18 years, twice being named Realtor® of the Year in Citrus County. He is currently the vice chairman of the City of Inverness Zoning Board of Adjustment and is a former president of the Realtors® Association of Citrus County.

Rob is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Inverness, having served as president from 2011-2012, and a former recipient of the Rotarian of the Year award for his club. He currently chairs their charitable foundation. Rob is a graduate of the Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy and has been selected as the statewide program’s chairman in 2021. He served on the Board of Directors for the Realtors® Association of Citrus County for 8 consecutive years holding nearly every executive position including president. Rob and his wife Jen, both UCF graduates, have one son, Jackson, and two dogs. They live in Inverness.
