It is with excitement and pride that my family and I announce my candidacy in the upcoming election for Citrus County Property Appraiser. As your next Property Appraiser, I will strive to provide our citizens and our businesses with complete fairness and equality in all aspects of the property appraising business.

I have comprehensive history in the property appraising business. For many years, I worked at the Sumter County Property Appraiser's Office, as well as with my family's property appraisal business. 

For the last 11 years I have worked for the Citrus County Sheriff's Office serving and protecting our communities. In 2015, I was promoted to Sergeant, providing strong leadership and management initiatives, and above all, positively influencing my subordinates and improving the working environment of the agency. 

I have a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University and, recently, I completed the Administrative Leadership Course and the Executive Leadership Graduate Program at the University of Louisville. I also proudly served our country in the United States Navy.

Much of my free time in the last several years has been spent as a board member and volunteer in many non-profit organizations in our amazing county:  

• Men Building Men Mentoring Program - Founder/Director
• Citrus County Education Foundation - Board of Directors
• Citrus County Blessings/Citrus County Harvest - Board of Directors
• Citrus County Chamber of Commerce - Board of Directors
• Citrus County Anti-Drug Coalition - Vice Chairman - Board of Directors
• Tri-County Human Trafficking Task Force - Task Force Member

Upon election, I will ensure our citizens and businesses receive every possible exemption. The Citrus County Property Appraiser’s Office will continue to provide excellent customer service through a very professional environment and a well-trained staff. I will be a hands-on leader, always being accessible to the taxpayers, while working side-by-side with my employees to meet the needs of our unique community. I am wholly committed and enthusiastic about serving the residents of Citrus County in this capacity and would appreciate your support.
