Candidate: Mark S Hammer

I am Florida Native, born in Tampa , my parents moved here in 1979 when my fathers job brought him to the Florida Power Plant in Crystal River. I participated in youth, competitive and high school soccer and was a active in Cub Scouts through Boy Scouts obtaining the rank of Life Scout becoming a Jr. Scout master. I graduated Lecanto High Schol in 1990 and started my career in construction while attending CFCC part-time. 

 In 2008 I started my own business in construction and in 2012 I obtained my State Licenses as a Residential Building Contractor and Home Inspections.

 My community involvements include;

Citrus County Building Alliance; President

 2017 Rookie of the Year, 2nd Vice President 2017/2018, President Elect 2018/2019, Govermental Affairs Committee Chairman 2018-2019, Spike Club member, 2019 Builder of the Year

Historical Resource Advisory Board; Chairman,  Member 2016-present, Chairman 2017- present.  2019 reciepent of the Historic Preservation Award from the CC Historical Society

Citrus Construction Academy; President 2017 - present
