Dear Patriot,

      My name is Rafael Martinez. I have proudly called Kissimmee home since 1995. I have been fortunate to share my life with my beloved wife, Nancy Martinez, for over 40 years and together we have raised three wonderful children: Nancy, Daniel, and Jenny. Our family has grown to include four cherished grandchildren: Lilly, Davina, Leví, and Hannah. As a Hispanic citizen of this great nation, I am honored to represent our diverse population, proudly fluent in both English and Spanish.

      Professionally, I am a Broker-Associate with La Rosa Realty Kissimmee, where I also serve as a Property Manager and Notary Public. With over two decades of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I have dedicated myself to serving homeowners and buyers with excellence, honesty, and integrity throughout our communities in Central Florida. Additionally, I am an active member at El Shaddai Christian Church in Orlando, where I have been involved since 1998.

      While I may be new to politics, my years as a Real Estate Professional have given me insight into the concerns and frustrations of our fellow citizens in Osceola County. It is clear that there is an urgent need to address the issue of property tax growth, particularly as it affects homeowners. This realization has inspired me to step forward and seek the nomination for the position of Osceola County Tax Collector. With the unwavering support of friends, family, and the residents of our community, I am confident that we can achieve this goal together.

      As a Republican candidate, I stand firm in my conservative principles and values, respecting the laws and ideals upon which the United States of America was founded. I believe in the fundamental rights of freedom, respect for our Constitution, the sanctity of life and family, parental rights, and the sovereignty of God over our nation. I am committed to serving all residents of Osceola County with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
