Candidate: Wade A. Choate

I was raised by my Grandmother, who had 12 children of her own, in a small agricultural Community in Putnam County called " Palatka," Florida.  24 miles West of Saint Augustine, directly on the banks of the Saint Johns River.

I have always held a managerial position or a leadership role since, the age of 15.  At the age of 22, I became a Walt Disney World Trainer & Summer Lead.  Training multiple College Program students from all over the world, in Magic Kingdom East Attractions.  With the Corporate training and leaadership skills this led me to the Banking Industry with Suntrust Bank.  It was there I discovered Real Estate and graduated from " IFREC Real Estate School."

After help opening, " Lake Nona VA Medical Center" I began building and opening my own business's, as well as investing in Residential homes.  

I have lived in the same home within the City of Kissimmee for over 32 years.  One of the roughest areas our City has, the North side.  Near Mclaren Circle.  There were no Sidewalks and very few Paved roads.  I never gave up and was Determined to make this area better than I found it.

As a strong leader and advocate in Polk & Osceola Counties, I retired in 2017 from "Salvation Army, Winter Haven, Florida"
