Candidate: Joann Binford

My name is Joann Binford and I am thrilled to announce that I am interested in being your voice as County Commissioner for District 4 in Indian River County.

Vero Beach has been home to me and my two children for 18 years.  My son was 10 and my daughter 7 years of age when we moved to Vero Beach in 2004.  I believe our small town atmosphere and close-knit community played a very important and supportive role as they grew up.

I  promise to work diligently to represent the voices of our citizens and to keep Vero Beach the place we love so dearly.  I promise to be a strong leader to represent the concerns of citizens.  I share many of the same concerns regarding the success of small business owners, Law enforcement, zoning, county property, roads, well water, and taxes. 

I am a Constitutional Second Amendment pro-life Conservative. As your representative, I will be responsible for representing, providing, and protecting the interests of our county citizens regarding decisions that affect our quality of life, infrastructure, and the success of businesses in our county.

Indian River County is our home and it will always be home. Together we will work to keep Indian River County a Treasure.
