Candidate: Julianne Bowman Giella

Hello Neighbors!

My name is Julianne Giella, and I’m running in the November 6th election with the intent to retain my seat on the Harrison Ranch CDD Board of Supervisors. I was recently appointed (Seat 2) in July 2018 following the resignation of a board member.  

My husband Kyle and I closed on our home in Normande East in early 2017, and are proud parents to a beautiful little girl and two fur kids! We absolutely love the Harrison Ranch community and the friendships we’ve gained since moving here. I currently work full time managing my Home & Holiday Décor business that I launched earlier this year.

In addition to being a small business owner, I have over 12 years of Residential Property Management experience, and I’m a licensed CAM, and CPM. Some of my professional skill sets include project management, annual budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, contract negotiation, landscape design, risk management, and community relations.

If elected, I will continue to voice homeowner concerns to the board. In September, I prompted a discussion regarding CDD meeting times, and the fact that many of them are scheduled in the middle of the weekday.  This discussion resulted in the revision of the 2019 schedule to reflect more evening meetings, which provides more opportunities for homeowners with traditional work schedules to attend. I was also a part of the RFP process to select a new landscaping company to service the community.

Given the opportunity, I’d be honored to serve on the CDD Board of Supervisors for a full term, and will work hard to not only represent all homeowners, but to ultimately maintain/ increase the property value of our homes!
