A resident of St. Cloud for six years, and small business owner, veteran’s advocate. Victor Rivera is also a veterans advocate.  His purpose in seeking election stems from a pure desire to help improve the quality of life, safety, and security for all residents of the St. Cloud community. 

Known for his genuine concern for the well-being of others and his willingness to always lend a helping hand, Victor is a man of integrity, accountability, and reliability. An educated, hard-working family man, he appreciates the need to balance future and current needs by enabling responsible growth and innovation while preserving the character and charm that has makes St. Cloud such a special place to live. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is also a Certified Paralegal.

As such, Victor believes in prioritizing support and enabling success for small businesses, which remain the heart and soul of the community. He is also firmly committed to improving the water quality for the safety of all residents. He believes in practicing responsible growth that protects the environment and residential way of life. He is also dedicated to enhancing the quality of educational programs, providing support to the police department to enhance their community outreach, and improving transportation including fixing roads, sidewalks and traffic patterns that need attention.

With over 21 years of insurance industry experience, Victor currently serves as the Public Adjuster for Osceola County. Previously, he held other positions such as a claims adjuster, appraiser, territory manager, quality control supervisor and more. During his career, he has helped achieve significant cost savings for both the public and insurance companies (depending on his position at the time) by his ethical, fact-based approach resulting in prompt case resolutions. In addition, his attention to detail and diligent investigative and discovery process has been instrumental in fraud prevention. With such extensive experience, he possesses excellent problem-solving skills, considering an issue from all angles and examining the facts and evidence to make objective decisions, take action, and ensure fair outcomes.

Victor is also a successful entrepreneur, as CEO of Toro Consultants, LLC and owner of an inflatables party rental business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Puerto Rico and is also a certified paralegal. He has held over 35 different insurance licenses from various states including FEMA’s National Insurance Flood Program certification.

As an active member of the community, he serves as a volunteer for the Osceola County Sheriff department. He also volunteers his time for a range of other causes, such as helping the homeless, supporting various youth programs, and providing recovery efforts and emotional therapy dog support for victims of hurricanes and natural disasters.

Victor brings a fresh perspective, collaborative spirit, and results-driven mindset to local politics.
