Candidate: Alla Kramer

Alla holds 3 degrees in Education: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education; Bachelor’s in ESL (English Second Language); Master of Arts in Education. She worked as a teacher prior to moving to Florida.

Alla, her husband Jay and their 2 children moved to IRC almost 20 years ago. They both have been actively involved with the community. Alla spent 10 years as an active volunteer in IRC schools, while the children attended 5 local schools (public and charter). While being a stay at home mom, Alla also worked as accountant at their computer business, managing people and finances for the company.  For the past 3 years, she has been a HR director/ business office manager at the Assisted Living Facility.

Volunteer and community involvement include:

Chairperson for the Relay for Life of the Beaches, benefiting American Cancer Society: 2015, 2016, 2017.

“Star” Dancer for Dancing with Vero Stars, benefiting Healthy Start Coalition: 2017.

She served for several years on the Scholarship committee with the Republican Women of IRC. Volunteered with Meals on Wheels; volunteered with Vero Beach Art Club on mural restoration project. 

She supports CareNet of IRC, is a member of Coastal Conservation Association, a member and a past President of the Republican Women of Indian River.
