Candidate: Brenda Bradley

About Brenda Bradley, Candidate for Tax Collector:

Brenda worked in the Tax Collector's office for 14 years, from 2002 until November 2016.  She served as Chief of Staff the last 5 years while in that office.  Prior to the Tax Collector's office, Brenda has 22 years experience in banking; specializing in internal audit, operations and customer service.

Brenda is a Rotarian, currently serving as a board officer with the Rotary Club of Vero Beach.  She is a fundraising volunteer with Camp Haven ( a men's homeless transition shelter) and the Women's Refuge.  Brenda volunteers with several other non-profits in the community, giving of her time and talent to benefit those that are less fortunate.

Brenda believes that having worked in the Tax Collector's office and being very knowledgeable of the current administration; a leadership change is much needed.  The Tax Collector's office is administerial and should not have the presence of appearing political.  It is the "people's" office.  Brenda is a qualified administrator, who will ensure that immediately upon being elected as your next tax collector; employee retention will be her top priority. She will also put an immediate halt to current self-serving wasteful spending.
