Delivering Youths Internally Notoriously Grave Inside I AM D.Y.I.N.G. INSIDE is a youth mission that was established and founded in February 28, 1998. I was inspired to reach out to the community of youths because of the loss of my eldest son Michael L.Z. Christopher. When I felt that life was ending for me, I began to gain life. From the other children in the community who I did not want to be victimized to the same or similar crime that my eldest son was taken from. This youth mission is structured to empower, redirect and encourage our youths to develop productive lives. My name is L’Euna ShaBan: I am a candidate for City Council Woman District Eight. I am asking for your support to develop a successful community of youths by coming together as village parents and establish a community team of parents who are willing to get involve with the lives of hurting youths. When a child grows up in an undeveloped, unprivileged and no resourceful environment, chances are the odds of their destiny and career will reflect their disadvantages. Who should we hold accountable for a community of youths who ends up this way? There is not much to be done about the pass, but the present always have room for improvement. We are fortunate to be living in a country that will provide the resources necessary to grow to the extent of our beliefs. A child keeps me in drive. They are inquisitive and spongy little people who are innocently sometimes dealing with big people problems. Life can be a lot more smother and a less bumpy drive for them if we as adults will fasten our seat belts and take the ride with them. It can be a dangerous drive and a close to death call. We as adults are specialist who should have more incite about the journeys of life. As we prepare for the drive with the youth, we must gear up. This is a lesson learned that is not always passed on. Our community is in dying need of mentors, role-models, opportunities and other resources that will compliment and develop the environment in which we live. I would like to experience life everyday as a vacation to Disney World or an adventurous fulfilled atmosphere. That is the call or charge I have. I would like to be a part of a plan to build a Baby Tripoli’s and a multi-purpose facility for the youths. The Baby Tripoli’s would be designed and managed for the use of social strength, for building and improving social skills and muscle tones. Children Tripoli’s will be a place for parents to escape and reach the full benefit of pleasure as their toddlers enjoy the exercise equipment, activities and games, seven days a week. An open forestry space of safe toys, rides, and much more for the tots, will allow them an opportunity to run and play freely, individually and collectively with other peers in the world of toddlers. The youths sizes with a larger area of demands. In order to reach them we must meet them at the beginning, middle and end. They are constantly changing, transitioning and growing rapidly with the advantage of new technology. We as adults must find the common ground of communication to connect with the youths and lead them to the resources or network environment that will provide them with the right materials for successful lives. Competitive games, dances and other high leveled energized activities are just a few of the things they are attracted to. We the adult must take off our mask of disguises that covers the reality of once being where they are with our disappointments/ our expectations/ and bridge the gap to communicate with them on all levels and remain responsible adults. Often our community depends on the justice system for law and order. Who best to communicate and deal with our community in which we live, play, rest and sleep, other than us. We must gain the relationship back from our community and become the family based unit that most of us know. We are responsible for one another. Lets\' Get Busy.
