Candidate: Beulah "Rosita " Farquharson

   Hello, I AM BEULAH ROSITA FARQUHARSON, Let me start by thanking our Veterans and active Military members for your duty of service to our Military and Country. May God Bless over you, and your loved ones.

    Please allow me to share with you some important tidbits about who I am, what I stand for, and my promise to be of better service to you, the voters, the citizens the candidates, and your organizations.

Commissioners sitting on boards such as Central Florida Commuter Rail Commission (Sun Rail), Lynx Oversight Board, Florida Association of Counties (FAC), Legislative Executive Committee, The Tourist Development Council, and the MetroPlan Orlando, LYNX and attending the FAC Institute of County Government can only happen once you get elected, but as the song goes, what have you done for me lately”  is why I should be elected our next county commissioner for Dist. 2 for the Nov. 8, 2022  general election.

I am upbeat and respectful, but I am tough, no nonsense and demanding. The Orlando Sentinel once wrote about me 20 yrs. ago on the Front Page: “Love Her or Despise Her, Farquharson is an Osceola Rarity, a Black woman, activist, she is like the energizer bunny, she just keeps going and going.  Still a true statement today! Beulah Rosita is still actively advocating for our rights as residents of Osceola County and its now time to make her a county commissioner for Dist. 2. and ALL of Osceola County.  

     I am a Osceola Leadership Legend- a1996 Graduate and Alum of Leadership Osceola County, Florida, Graduate and Alum of Leadership Institute Think Tank, Former Facilitator of Vacation Ownership, Former FEMA-PARR Housing Contractor, Former Editor of Buenaventura Lakes Navigator Bilingual Newspaper 2000-2004.
