Candidate: Cheryl Grieb

I have called Oseola County home since 1974 when my Mom moved us here with my three brothers after my Dad, who was s police officer, passed away. Life was tough on my Mom financially raising four kids on her own. I grew up on free lunch programs and with hand-me-down clothes. However, my Mom worked very hard and became successful in real estate. I followed in her shoes, owning my first company at 24 years old and I opened a second about 8 years later. 

My Mom instilled in me to work hard and give back to your community. I have taken her advise to heart and began being involved at a very young age. I served in my 20's on the Osceola County Parks and Recreation Committee, I have served at all levels at my local Realtor Association, served at the National level and continue to seerve at the State level. I helped start Habitat for Humanity here in Osceola County. I started a 5k that is in it 15th year that honors my Mom who I lost when I truned 40. I was a CRA Commissioner for the City of Kissimmee.

I seved as a City Commissioner for the City of Kissimmee from 2006 to 2014. While there are many accomplishments that I am proud of in this role, my favorite project that I was involved with until completion, is the Kissimmee Lakefront Park. 

I now serve as your District 4 Osceola County Commissioner. I love working in and improving our great county. Most who know me will tell you that I am passionate about what I do as your elected official and with your vote, I will continue to work hard for you.
