I am the very first candidate to challenge an incumbent Blackburn Creek CDD Supervisor in any open election. I have lived in Sarasota County since 1985. I am a year-around resident of Grand Palm since 2021. I have served on the Grand Palm Architectural Review Committee (ARC) since 2022.
My wife, Holly and I are retired. We have three adult children and two grandchildren. My background includes construction and education. My hopes and goals, if elected, are to make our CCD more transparent and accountable to Grand Palm homeowners, while promoting greater cooperation with our Master HOA and management teams.
