Candidate statement for Bobcat Trail CDD Seat #5:

Richard (Dick) Burke is retired from Yorgey Supply Inc after 41 years as President and owner.  Yorgey Supply is a wholesale distributor of Pumps, Plumbing, Water treating equipment, and Kitchens and Baths with branches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Dick's extensive knowledge of the pump industry and desire to give back found him volunteering with the Pennsylvania Ground Water Association where he was the Chairman of the Suppliers Division.  Dick also was involved at the National level as a Vice President of the National Ground Water Association.  Dick attended Penn State University and holds a degree in Business Management.

2021 Dick started volunteering at Bobcat Trail as a member of the Fairways Commons Board and then moved on to the Bobcat Trail CDD Board of Supervisors where for the past three years he has been the Maintenance Supervisor and currently the Vice Chair of the Board.

Dick and his wife Debra bought in Bobcat 2014 as snowbirds and moved down permanently from PA in 2020.  They have two adult children.

Installation of the new pool pump; installation of electric service for the community pool; and installation of the new irrigation pump in the pump house.
