      Hello, I AM BEULAH ROSITA FARQUHARSON, Let me start by thanking our Veterans and active Military members for your duty of service to our Military and Country, which allows me to live freely as an American born citizen. I have family members who served and are serving, and I thank you from deep in my soul. May God Bless over you, and your loved ones.

    Please allow me to share with you some important tidbits about who I am, what I stand for, and my promise to be of better service to you, the voters, the citizens the candidates, and your organizations.

     I have all the experience required under the Florida Constitution and State of Florida Election Laws for this elected position that conducts our elections and protects our votes, which is our active voice as Americans.

There is no Republican candidate in this race, your choice is between me,  an NPA (No Party Affiliated) Candidate, vs. Democrat -DEM, who has held this seat for 12 years and Elected Osceola Office for total 20 yrs., wanting more!!! It's time for us voters to Retire Her.

     I have been able to prosper while also sharing my commitment to honor, compassion, and public service with folks like yourselves, all while raising amazing children, and now enjoying grandchildren that make me more and more proud every day.       I am a 30yr resident, extemely community active advocate of Osceola County, Florida, since moving to the Great State of Florida in 1991, from New York, with my loving Husband, celebrating 41 yrs., and our three wonderful, now grown children, how quick time flys by, and five beautifully innocent grandchildren, too keep living and standing up to achieve equality for, including: continuing access to the ballot box, Voting rights, understanding a voters responsibility when the voter takes the oath, and participating fully in the fairness of the electoral facilitation process either as a candidate or voter or taxpayer, to include making sure ones vote truly counts and is tracked, better secured voting systems, potential onsite employee voting, equality for all of Osceola County Electors, residents and taxpyers.

     I am a 1996 Graduate and Alum of Leadership Osceola County, Florida, Graduate and Alum of Leadership Institute Think Tank, Former Facilitator of Vacation Ownership, Former FEMA-PARR Housing Contractor, Former Editor of Buenaventura Lakes Navigator Bilingual Newspaper 2000-2004.

   As an elected official, I will stay engaged with the community, listening for ways in which the Supervisor of Elections office can serve as a facilitator of services or a platform for ideas, from voter registration to running as a candidate for office, as your next Supervisor of Elections, I will provide the knowledge and training FREE!!                This is how:

*    I will make your interactions with the Supervisor of Elections office as comfortable, safe, and dignified as possible.   With help and insights from the current staff of the SOE office, I will assess and revamp every process that serves voters/electors, providing an exceptional experience with full transparency, knowledge, Integrity and Trust.

*    I will harness the power of technology to ensure you can take care of business professionally, fast and accurate, through modern apps and platforms.  

*    If you ever do need to come to us, I will make sure to eliminate any unnecessary fees and wait time, while implementing the most scientifically proven social distancing measures to ensure your safety.  

*    I will guarantee that you always know exactly what you need, when you need it, and provide proactive notice of all ballot initiatives, and that you can verify and, or check every document from the comfort of your home.

Future Candidates-REGISTERED VOTERS OF OSCEOLA

*    With help and insights from the current staff of the SOE office, I will assess and revamp every process that serves Candidates, so anyone choosing to run for office will have all the information you need right when you need it at the click of your touch screen or mouse.  Providing an exceptional experience with full transparency, knowledge, Integrity and Trust.

*    I will create a state-of-the-art system for instant access to election documents, candidate audio and visual recordings, scheduling changes, and updates.

*     I will implement systems per Florida and Federal law to clean up the voter database, take out duplicates, correct all addresses of voters who moved, provide current, accurate and state of the art voter lists, and provide all information freely so that voters don’t have to beg the Supervisor of Elections office for public information and, or, pay high prices for the information, that should be free, I will make all said information free to the voters, your tax dollars have already paid for it.

*   I will implement mechanisms that are effective and that provide feedback so that the Supervisor of Elections office can take in your comments and suggestions and use them to improve you a first class experience as a registered voter, candidate, citizen, all of us, the combined electorate.
