Noel Ortiz was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and is a proud father & grandfather. Noel believes in the value of working hard to achieve your goals & has spent the last 15 years working as a realtor in beautiful Kissimmee.

Noel has a vision of a better Kissimmee & wants to become a commissioner in order to improve the quality of life of its residents, which after the Coronavirus pandemic is needed more than ever.  Noel wants to focus work on bringing more affordable housing to the city as he believes no one should have to spend more than 30% of their income on housing.  Noel understands that there are many working in low-wage jobs and struggle to sustain their families. He also knows that many small businesses are struggling to survive after the crisis.  Fortunately, Noel has a plan to work on attracting diverse businesses to the City that bring jobs that pay better wages to help our residents as well as a plan on working with small business to bring our economy back to pre-pandemic levels.
