Kenneth Morris, candidate for the Lee Memorial Health Systems BOD, District 3. I am qualified with an MBA from Geo. Washington U.,and BS (Mechanical Engineering) from the U. of Louisville, KY. Married with three adult children and five grand children. Retired Marine Corps officer,with 20 years service, specializing in procurement and logistics. Naturalized U.S. citizen born in London, England. The BOD needs members who are business orientated not medical specialist. The BOD function is to hire the right people to manage the system and provide long term planning and direction to ensure that the health care system meets the future needs of the community. That is the function I have been trained to do.
