Candidate: DONALD A BROWN

DONALD A BROWN Originally from Indianapolis and a full time resident of Ft. Myers for the past seven years. Self-employed business owner in Quincy, Il. for the previous twenty five years. I have served on many volunteer boards and have chaired many as well. These include Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Red Cross and publicly elected to the Quincy Park Board of Commissioners. In Lee County I have served on the Estero Council of Community Leaders, involved with our home owners associon and am the past president of The Friends of Lovers Key Foundation. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Lee Memorial Health System. Some of my duties include, Chairman of the Governance committee, board liaison to the Information and Technology Dept., Out Patient Services and Gulf Coast Hospital. I am also board liaison to the Gulf Coast Medical Executive Committee and have chaired some special projects for the board of directors. I am also involved in legislative matters and employee recognition programs for Lee Memorial Health system.
