Fellow Citizens of Dixie County,

As a lifelong resident of our community, I stand before you with humility and determination, seeking your support in my candidacy for Supervisor of Elections. My journey in public service spans nearly three decades, starting with the graduation of my first degree from Lake City Community College. I've had the privilege of serving in various roles, from Human Resources Management to Surgical Technology. Each experience has shaped me into the candidate I am today – one who is ready, willing, and more than capable of leading our electoral process with integrity and efficiency.

My decision to run for Supervisor of Elections is not driven by personal ambition, but by a genuine desire to serve and uplift our community. I've witnessed firsthand the importance of fair and accessible elections thanks to the mentorship of my late Grandmother, Mae Beville, Supervisor of Elections from 1993-2007.

I pledge to run the SOE office with the highest level of integrity, ensuring that citizens are informed and empowered to participate fully in the democratic process. With your support, I will work tirelessly to uphold the principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability that are essential to the integrity of our elections.

My commitment to community extends far beyond the walls of the SOE office. I am deeply rooted in Dixie County, and take immense pride in being a direct descendant of Dixie’s first settlers where my family has remained for 5 generations and graduate of Dixie County High School. Serving on the Suwannee River Fair Board, Cross Roads Baptist Church Women’s Director, Carla’s Pink Miracle Nonprofit Broad, and Dixie FFA Alumni Board has provided firsthand insight into the pulse of our county.

Harnessing the precision required as a surgical technician, I bring a meticulous approach to every endeavor. With 25 years of hands-on experience in surgical operating rooms, I've honed my skills of accuracy knowing one mistake could jeopardize a life. As your advocate, I vow to uphold these standards of precision in all facets of governance, delivering results with unwavering accuracy and integrity.
