MISSION STATEMENT (After August 18, 2020 Election: "SHALL" word be changed to WILL.)

*I shall respect public, property & peers in all 4-County Florida Property Appraisal Offices. Public servants are not overlords on their own terms. Property owners are not "slaves", We 100-pecent hold harmless; all property owners fee simple interest estate as owners of monopoly government that pay us your public servants.

*I shall aid, assist or advise in accordance with assessment Florida Statute Law the job description. We hold property owners harmless for all, errors, omissions, commission & transmission as public servant employee wrongful acts committed within the scope of employment. This delegation does not "look to the taxpayer higher up" so not to further penalize property owners ad nausea.

*I cannot be political-&-discriminate. These 47-years property appraising requires license, certified general property appraiser & 2-international designations which our competition does not have.
