CHARLES N. WILLIAMS, JR Founder and Pastor of the King of Kings Baptist Church, Palmetto, Florida Married to Joann Lane-Williams, she is an employee of Manatee County Rural Health Services. They have been married for 16 years and have a blended family of 3 children and 6 grandchildren. High School Diploma, Manatee Adult High (1982) Associate Degree in Theology, Emmaus Baptist College (2005-2007); Bachelor Degree in Theology, Emmaus Baptist College (2007-2008)  Member of the Board of Directors of Oasis Charter School  Member of the Manatee County NAACP  Charter Member of SCLC (Southern Christian Leadership Conference)  Served as Youth Pastor at Mount Raymond Full Gospel Baptist Church, Palmetto, Florida  Helped establish the “Peter Warrick Foundation” He was instrumental in starting a youth football league at the Palmetto Youth Center.
