Candidate: John Rogger

Hello I'm John Rogger, your dedicated candidate for the Miami Lakes Town Council. From launching my own landscaping business at the age of 7, to navigating the thrilling world of stock car race tracks and making waves in the broadcasting industry, my journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Currently serving as the go-to guy for Media Relations at the South Florida Autism Charter School, I'm not only an adult with Autism myself, but also a proud father of two boys on the autism spectrum. For the past 3 years I was elected Chairman of the Special Needs Advisory Board in the Town of Miami Lakes, where we've pushed for equality, care & inclusion for our special needs residents.

My commitment to the community goes beyond my professional background. I'm also an Eagle Scout, and I bring a strong foundation of character and unwavering integrity to the table. I, along with my two sons, share our home with a Yorkshire dog named Goku, who's adding a touch of warmth and companionship to our lives.

This is not only a fight for the betterment of our community, improvements for our town, decision that matter to our people....but it's also my personal journey of breaking stereotypes, showcasing my dedication & proving that there are no limits to what can be achieved, which I hope is inspiring to others within the special needs community.
