Candidate: Lagarall Bates W/D

Greetings, I am Ms. Lagarall Bates 35,I have happily lived in Jacksonville Florida for 20 years and in District 12 for 15 years. I am a Social Science major of Jacksonville University. A profession as a paralegal specialist, and owner of a non-profit outreach organization(Wind Beneath Her Wings) I understand the immediate needs of people. Some of the areas that I feel most strongly about is youth education opportunities,family structure and the rights, civil liberities and privilieges of individuals. I am dedicated to assisting my community in getting back to the basics of life and believe that it is time to serve the people!
