DONALD RAY FOY 11516 Whiperingbrook Lane West, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32218 (904) 781-0905; (904) 534-9493 – CELL SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  President, MAD DADS Jacksonville Chapter (Men against Destruction Defending against Drugs and Social-disorder) Responsible for Board development; volunteer recruitment and training, and the day to day operation of the chapter, connecting the numerous community based and grassroots organizations.
