ABOUT ME • Native of Jacksonville’s Northside • 5th generation native of Jacksonville; 7th generation native of Florida. • Graduate of Andrew Jackson High School • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Liberty University (with leadership concentration) • More than 20 years of experience in the private sector, including considerable leadership experience in the airline, banking, and consulting industries • Served for 12 years in operations resource management in the Florida Air National Guard • Currently a program manager for the local state college’s aerospace department MY COMMITMENTS • To NOT vote for ANY tax increases during my term. • Safety and security of the citizens of District 11 • Integrity, honesty, and transparency on all levels • Fiscal responsibility: eliminating superfluous programs and wasteful spending • Ending cronyism and focusing on positive work and learning environments in the city government • Maintain term limits • Work hard to bring back voter confidence in Jacksonville’s public servants Learn more about Tom Baine at www.tombaine.com
