Bill Gulliford has been committed to his community and to his fellow man throughout his life in the metropolitan Jacksonville area. Bill has served as a volunteer in numerous civic and service activities. He has held political office, has led service, civic and charitable organizations, and has owned and run several successful businesses. He is totally committed to his family and friends, his community and his fellow man. He has been formally recognized for his service to community and humanity.
