Candidate: Tillman Kasper W/D

Tillman Kasper grew up in Jacksonville\'s Southside. He graduated from University Christian School. After obtaining a Bachelor\'s degree in Political Science from Florida State University, Tillman returned to Jacksonville to pursue a diverse career and further education. He has formerly been involved in residential real estate, sales in service industries, and community involvement through Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. He is currently working toward his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. His passion and long-time connections with the city of Jacksonville prompted Tillman to run for city council. \"I want Jacksonville to become an even greater city than what it is now. The city deserves more jobs for its residents, better uses of its tax dollars, and better communication between its government and its residents. I want to bring those qualities back to Jacksonville\'s city council.\"
