**IMPORTANT NOTE**
Campaign finance reports must be completed and submitted through the electronic filing system no later than midnight of the day required by law. Late-filed campaign finance reports are subject to penalties prescribed under Section 106.07 (8), Florida Statutes.
All local candidates must electronically file their reports.
Amendments made to previously filed financial reports must also be electronically filed.
Once electronically filed, the report is received by the Supervisor of Election's office who will publish the date on the website.
