www.sandiharpring.com Sandi Harpring has announced her candidacy for Indian River County Supervisor of Elections. She believes it is important that the voters have an opportunity to select the elections supervisor who will best represent them. A veteran campaign manager, campaign worker and legislative employee with vast experience in the public and private sector and the legal community, Harpring will usher in new leadership to the Supervisor of Elections office and apply her broad based managerial experience and belief in fiscal accountability to the job. “The integrity of Florida’s elections depends on an efficient, accountable and transparent process. I will ensure the reliability of voter registration as well as educate and engage the public to make sure that every lawful vote is counted,” said Harpring. “As Supervisor of Elections I will prioritize needs, services and activities and make the tough decisions to provide the best service to the public and protect taxpayer dollars.” Harpring recently wrapped up a three-year term as the Secretary of the Republican Executive Committee and two consecutive terms as the President of Republican Women Aware. Likewise, she has been committed to service in our community as a member of Impact 100 and by her assistance to the Florida Bar Association’s 19th Circuit Grievance Committee, the Advisory Board of the Samaritan Center for Homeless Families as well as her behind the scenes efforts on behalf of countless area nonprofit agencies. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Professional Management. Harpring was born at Millington Naval Air Station while both her parents were serving in the United States Marine Corps. She has lived in Vero Beach for over 30 years and is married to Jim Harpring, General Counsel for the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office and has four children. Sandi Harpring Campaign P.O.
