Education: A.A. and B.A. degrees, post baccalaureate studies sociology criminal justice. Work Experience: 38 years in the criminal justice system, retired chief investigator public defenders office for Florida\'s 8th judicial circuit. Governmental Experience: Mayor-City Commissioner for the city of Starke 1980\'s-1990\'s Military Service: 4 years U.S. Navy, 2 tours of duty in Vietnam. Honorable discharge. Past member Florida council of crime and deliquency My Goals: Increase our graduation rate. Make a safe environment for our students, teachers, support staff and school bus drivers where bullying and unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. To apply for and receive more state-federal grants to develop and implement new learning programs.
