**IMPORTANT NOTE** Campaign finance reports must be completed and submitted (filed) through the electronic filing system no later than midnight of the day required by law. Late-filed campaign finance reports are subject to the penalties prescribed under Section 106.07(8), Florida Statutes.

The Candidate Financial Reporting System has been set up for you and all candidates to provide a simple method for entering contributions, expenditures and other transactions required for campaign treasurer’s reports. After the entry of data for a report is completed, the system allows you to submit the report directly to the elections office electronically, using your personal candidate identification information as a digital signature. The system also allows you to print a hard copy of the report for your files, if you desire.
