He is currently a Professor at USF Sarasota/Manatee. He served as Executive Director for the Center for the Prevention of Genocide from 2000-2004. He has testified to a US Congressional Sub-Committee and reported to U.S. agencies as well as on national T.V. and radio regarding massive human rights violations. He is involved in our community as: a member of the \'Realize Bradenton Taskforce,\' Manatee Crime Prevention Taskforce, Village of the Arts Taskforce, Steering Committee Member, Humanity Working to End Genocide, a former member of the Chamber of Commerce, a player on three local roller hockey championship teams and grew up in the area. He has taught history and International Studies at the high school and University level. He has a B.A. from American University and an M.A. LS Degree at Georgetown University with a Concentration in Public Policy. 5th in Florida State Chess Championship 1400.
