Thanks for stopping by to learn a bit about me!
I’ve served on the WUDD board now for approximately two years. We work well together and do our best to provide the best level of service at the lowest price.
I’m a retired US Army officer with 23 years of service. I’ve also served as a municipal manager so I’m familiar with municipal management including utility operations.
My education includes a doctorate in education with a specialization in training and performance improvement. I’ve also served as a senior examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge program which is the highest quality award program in the United States. Currently I’m pretty much retired but I’m still teaching for two different universities as a professor in their master’s programs for human resource management.
I love living here in the Villages and am involved in several volunteer organizations. I’m co-coordinator for the AED group in the Village of Hawkins. I’m also the executive vice president for the Village’s Homeowners Advocates (VHA) which is the largest social group in the villages with approximately 15,000 members.
My approach to leadership within all these organizations is to work in a constructive, positive manner to achieve results.
Thanks again for visiting!
