Candidate: Keith J. Green

While Keith’s day job is in the hospitality industry, he contributes much of his free time and talent to others as a volunteer in the community.  For example, Keith serves on the Bradenton City Planning Commission and also currenty serves on the Manatee County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.  He also volunteers his time on various boards in the community, and committees of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce.  Keith also serves the Church community at Our Lady Of The Angels Catholic Church in Lakewood Ranch, where he and his wife, Vivian, are parishioners.  

Shortly after becoming Catholic in 2015, Keith proudly joined the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization dedicated to charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.  Since then, he has served the community in various different leadership positions within the Knights of Columbus.  Within the first three years of joining the Knights of Columbus, Keith was elected as the Deputy Grand Knight of his council.  Later, he stepped up to the role of Grand Knight for a council which was in need of restoration.  At the end of his term as Grand Knight, he was called again into service to be the second-in-command of his Fourth Degree Assembly as Faithful Captain. Here in Manatee County, Keith is currently a member of his parish’s Knights of Columbus Council and Fourth Degree Assembly.
